Experience Deep Rest, Renewal & Resonance

Sound has been used for thousands of years as a tool for healing, ceremony, and connection. Today, sound therapy and sound baths offer a powerful, evidence-informed way to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and inner balance.

As a qualified Sound Therapist and Music Therapist, I blend therapeutic knowledge with intuitive, heart-led practice to create deeply restorative experiences for individuals and groups.

What Is Sound Therapy?

Sound therapy uses carefully selected tones, frequencies, rhythm, and vibration to support the body and mind. Through instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, and other therapeutic sound tools, we create an immersive sonic environment that encourages:

  • Deep relaxation and stress reduction

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Emotional release and processing

  • Improved sleep

  • Enhanced focus and clarity

  • A sense of grounding and inner calm

Unlike passive listening, therapeutic sound works through vibration. These vibrations are received not only by the ears, but by the whole body , supporting a shift from “fight or flight” into a restorative state.

1:1 Sound Therapy Sessions

Individual sessions are tailored to your needs and may integrate elements of music therapy, guided relaxation, breath awareness, and therapeutic intention-setting. These sessions are ideal if you are:

  • Experiencing stress, anxiety, or burnout

  • Navigating life transitions

  • Seeking emotional support

  • Looking for a deeply personalised healing experience

What Is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a group experience where participants lie down comfortably and are “bathed” in layers of therapeutic sound.

There is nothing you need to do. Simply rest, receive, and allow the sounds to gently guide you into a meditative state.

During a sound bath you may experience:

  • A floating or dreamlike state

  • Emotional release

  • Physical sensations of vibration

  • Visual imagery

  • Profound stillness

Each session is unique, responding to the energy of the group and the intention of the gathering.

Collaborative Events & Holistic Gatherings

I regularly collaborate with holistic practitioners to create nourishing, multi-layered experiences. These may include:

  • Yoga & Sound: Movement followed by deep integration through sound

  • Cacao & Sound Ceremonies: Heart-opening ritual and meditation

  • Breathwork & Sound

  • Women’s circles & Sound

  • Seasonal ceremonies and retreats

By weaving together different healing modalities, we create safe and supportive spaces for connection, transformation, and community.

Who Are Sound Baths Suitable For?

Sound baths are generally suitable for most people and can be especially supportive for those experiencing stress, overwhelm, or fatigue.

However, sessions may not be suitable for individuals in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with unmanaged epilepsy, or certain sound sensitivities. Please get in touch if you are unsure your safety and comfort are always my priority.
